Meeting called to order at 7:35 pm by Vice President Gary Chave.
Gary Chave gave an update on President John Sipos and Art Hall. Motion made to send flowers and cards to both of them and hope they make progress recuperating from their illness and surgeries.

Treasurer Report:
Mark White gave an updated accounts and accounts from the Annual Banquet. Motion made to accept. Motion carried.
Committee Reports:
Banquet Report:
Vice President Gary Chave gave an extended report of the Annual Banquet. Thanks to South Seneca for providing a great meal. A few businesses' need to be billed for their advertisements. This will be taken care of before the next meeting. Discussion on how to get more attendance for the banquet. Possibly advertisement in the Pennysaver or Hometown.
Scholarships for Seniors:
Scholarship Applications should be arriving before June 1st. Scholarships were sent to every Seneca County School and Member Club.
Old Business:
Spring Conference - NYSCC:
Mileage for Spring Conference to reimburse Gary Chave. Motion made to reimburse. Motion carried.
Finger Lakes Nation Forest:
Fishing Day at Potomac Ponds:
Fishing was held at Potomac Ponds on May 2005. Mark White reported that they had 103 kids on hand that morning. He also reported that camping out was uneventful this year as they only had one car go by. A Big Thank You goes out to the Finger Lakes Conservation Club for guarding the pond again this year.
New Business:
President & Vice President Dinner:
The President & Vice Presidents Dinner will be held at the Interlaken Sportsmen's Club on Tuesday, June 21st at 6:30pm. Dinner will be at 6:30 and General Meeting to follow. Reminder: 5 members from every club are invited.

Art Kursh - Region 8 DEC:
Art Kursh gave us a detailed slide show on Chronic Wasting Disease that was detected in Oneida, NY - Region 6 in March 2005. Deer were randomly tested on this farm for the disease and tested positive. The detail of this report and slide show were extensive and he was able to give us a day by day account since he was present and help out with whole program in the area. Cost: $7.00for the 1st Round of 25 clays, additional rounds of 25 are $6.00.
Supply your own shotgun and shells.Youth Shooters ages 12 - 17 accompanied by a paying adult, can shoot a round of clays free of charge.
