Interlaken Sportsmen's Club
President & Vice President Dinner
33 Members present represented by 11 Clubs
Members were treated to Delmonico Steak Dinner this year. The meal was excellent. A big Thanks to Interlaken Sportsmen's Club. Thank you to everyone that came out.
Clubs not in attendance this year:
F.L. Chapter Trout Unlimited F.L. Sports-O-Rama, North - Seneca Sportsmen's, Rumseyville Sportsmen's, Seneca Schuyler Wildlife Management.
Meeting called to order at 8:00 pm by John Andrews.
Secretary Report:
Secretary Minutes reviewed. Motion made to accept.

Treasurers Report:
Mark White gave a detailed report of all accounts.

Correspondence:
SCOPE:
Scope membership needs to be renewed. Motion made to renew membership. Motion carried.
2005 Resolutions:
Resolutions passed out to clubs that were in attendance.
The rest of the resolutions will be mailed out to other clubs. Clubs to vote on them over the summer and mail results back to the Federation. They will be tallied and results will be read at the September meeting. Results will be taken to the NYSCC Fall Convention.
Senior Scholarship Program:
No application received from the 5 area schools or any of the member clubs this year.
We have not received any letters from last year's recipient. Until we receive notification from that student no scholarship will be awarded.
DEC Nuisance Permits:
Letter received from DEC Region 8 about nuisance permits and how they are given out. Member asked if the results could be put into minutes. Discussion on issue and results will be printed in newsletter.

Fishing Lending Program:
Fishing Poles have been distributed to the Seneca Falls and Waterloo Libraries. As soon as the poles have been fixed they will be distributed to Interlaken and Lodi Libraries.
New Business:
Dues Restructure:
Discussion about dues increase. Dues have not been raised in 4 years. Open discussion is encouraged through your clubs over the summer. Discussion will continue at the September meeting.
Between the Lakes Friends on NRA:
Banquet will be at the Trumansburg American Legion on Thursday October 20, 2005. Clubs will be mailed all information on Sponsor Packages, Dinner Tickets, Raffles, and Underwriters information. Fliers will be included in the newsletter.

Upcoming Events:
Finger Lakes Conservation Club is having their Youth Fishing Day on June 25 from 9am till 12noon on Oak Island in Waterloo. To register call: Tom Mitchell 789 - 1399, Alan White 781- 1558 or Bill Ryan 539 - 3394. This is a free fishing day.
Toddlers to' age 10 are welcomed.
South Seneca Sportsmen's Club is having a Clam Bake on July 23rd. Tickets: $35.00 for Clams, $20.00 for no Clams. Full Menu will be available.
MacDougall Sportsmen is having their Hunting and Fishing Day on September 17th. lOam - 5pm.
